The brief was short and ambitious: create a product that feels considered and confident, without losing the warmth people already associate with Lumen Labs.
Our approach
Our focus was on user research first. Get that right and everything else has something to hang from.
Material, scale and detail were developed together from the start, so nothing felt bolted on at the end.
The outcome
Lumen Labs now has a foundation that can grow with it: flexible enough for what comes next, consistent enough to be recognizable at a glance.
