Pioneer Outfitters

Years of incremental changes had left Pioneer Outfitters with a product that felt inconsistent. The goal was to bring everything back to a single, clear idea.

We began by listening — workshops, site visits and long conversations with the people closest to the work. A few recurring themes quickly became the backbone of the project.

Material, scale and detail were developed together from the start, so nothing felt bolted on at the end.

The project was completed in spring 2024. Feedback from Pioneer Outfitters and the people who use it every day has been overwhelmingly positive.
