The brief was short and ambitious: create a product that feels considered and confident, without losing the warmth people already associate with Rivet Coffee Co..

We began by listening — workshops, site visits and long conversations with the people closest to the work. A few recurring themes quickly became the backbone of the project.

We worked in short, open cycles, sharing rough ideas early and often. Keeping the Rivet Coffee Co. team close to the process made the final decisions feel obvious.
